Water 2012 engages all Coloradans in a statewide celebration of water: past, present, and future.
Water 2012 and CFWE accomplished some amazing things in 2012, Colorado's Year of Water. We leveraged the 75th anniversaries of some of Colorado's major water organizations into a fun-filled year of book clubs, library displays, presentations, news articles, youth education, college student career fairs, blogs, videos, tours and much more! In 2012, Water 2012's 53 financial sponsors, 200 partner organizations and 600 volunteers reached over 500,000 Coloradans with a message of water's scarcity and value. To wrap up this truly great year, CFWE & Water 2012 are hosting a luncheon in conjunction with the Colorado Water Congress on Wednesday, January 30th at the Marriott Denver Tech Center. Everyone is invited to celebrate with us and hear the successes, challenges and road ahead for Water 2012.
